The Neighbourhood

Waterlow Court is situated on the southerly edge of Hampstead Garden Suburb, North London, itself recognised worldwide as one of the most important utopian developments of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

The Suburb has the greatest concentration of listed buildings in Barnet – two Grade I, forty-one Grade II*, and 740 Grade II, making it one of the most desirable areas of London.
