The current kitchen area measures 3.00m by 3.35m – over three times the size of the 1909 original kitchen (which is now a walk-through lobby), which makes it over three times the size of most the kitchens at Waterlow Court.

The layout is open plan, but you could easily divide the area into a clearly defined kitchen and dining area, as had once been the case.

Alternatively, you could reinstate the original bedroom and bathroom to recapture some of the original ideal and purpose.
